The Dunes-Buildings VI and VII are in progress. Each condominium is 17 stories, 600,000 square feet with 15 stories of residential homes over a large plaza deck and 202-space parking garage. Nine acres of scrub preserve were incorporated into the project design with the support of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife service and an award-winning dune restoration area was created.
