Two TRC Projects Win McGraw Hill/Southeast Construction Magazine Best of 2009 Awards

Congratulations to the project teams in Sarasota, Atlanta and Fort Lauderdale for two award-winning projects - Brookwood in Atlanta GA and the Port St. Lucie Civic Center in the City of Port St. Lucie FL. The McGraw Hill/Southeast Construction Magazine annual competition recognizes construction and design excellence in the four-state region of Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina. A record-breaking 200 submissions competed for honors in approximately 20 different categories based on construction type. An independent jury of industry experts reviews and scores the entries. "Best of" awards are given to the top entry in a category. The "Awards of Excellence" are given to projects that the judges deemed to be especially worthy of recognition. The projects will be highlighted in the December issue of Southeast Construction.

Brookwood received the Best of 2009 Award for the Best Multi-Family/Hospitality, over $100 million category.
