TRC adds two new board members

Brentwood, October 23, 2006: TRC welcomes to its board of directors Mr. Larry L. Eltoft and Mr. William J. Stockard.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Larry L. Eltoft is responsible for all financial aspects of the corporation. He works directly with the TRC Worldwide Engineering Chief Executive Officer and its Board of Directors to establish firm business plans.

Mr. Eltoft's other responsibilities include cost control and analysis, capital acquisitions, corporate insurance policies, 401-K administration, overseeing human resources and M.I.S. He has specialized experience in service related industries, high technology and litigation support.

He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, 1983.

Mr. William J. 'Bill' Stockard is one of Tennessee's few dually registered architects and engineers. In 1997 he was voted 'Engineer of the Year' by the Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers for his outstanding leadership to the engineering profession and contributions to the engineering community. He is also a 'Fellow' in the American Society of Civil Engineers, a position of high honor and achievement.

Mr. Stockard has spent his 43 year career in the design and management of a variety of projects. His experience includes structural design, cost estimating, project planning, research, value engineering, quality control and integrated architectural/engineering project design. He is the Architect of Record for the Nashville Arena, Nashville's premier entertainment and sports facility, and was responsible for overall management of the architectural/engineering team throughout the design and construction of the $97 million project.
