Brentwood, April 18, 2007: TRC acquires Kracor, Inc. to boost its Parking business.

Kracor, Inc., Phoenix, Arizona, is a leader in the design of parking structures in the Western United States. It has been designing parking structures in Las Vegas, Phoenix and the greater Los Angeles area for the last 24 years. Kracor is a full service firm with in-house architecture and engineering expertise.

"Kracor, Inc.'s depth of experience, state-of-the-art expertise and market reach adds edge to TRC's parking expertise and helps it serve its customer better," said Mr. Suri Ramanna, Chairman and CEO of TRC Worldwide Engineering.
