  • Revit/BIM Specialist - Responsibilities include but not limited to: Drafting of drawings in Revit.  Checking of drawings and some coordination with clients.  Work as part of a project team to provide deliverables and meet deadlines.  Provide a high level of quality control that ensures deliverables are on-time and of a high quality.  Maintain internal team needs as well as external client relationships to produce a successful project.
    • Minimum Requirements - Associates Degree in Architecture Technology (or related field).  Outstanding people and communication skills (verbal and written).  Detail oriented and highly organized.  Proficient in the use of Revit.
  • Project Coordinator - Responsibilities include but not limited to:  Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, with and under the direction of the Project Engineers to produce successful project outcomes.  Plan, schedule, check and coordinate projects to completion.  Work as a leader of a project team to convey project scope, deliverables and deadlines while providing quality control/quality assurance to ensure these deliverables are on-time and of a high quality.  Manage internal team needs as well as external client relationships to produce a successful project. 
    • Minimum Requirements - BS in Engineering OR BA in Architecture (or related field) and 4 years precast concrete experience, or construction related field; OR Associates Degree in Engineering Technology/Architecture Technology (or related field) and 6 years experience.   Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.  Outstanding people and communication skills (verbal and written).  Detail and quality oriented and highly organized.  Experience with 3D modeling software such as Revit & Tekla is a plus.
  • Project Engineer - Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Structural engineering of pre-cast/prestressed concrete products and connections for large commercial buildings such as stadiums, arenas, parking garages, office buildings and warehouses among other structures.  Prepare engineering calculations, structural drawings and details.  Checking of drawings, coordination with clients (architects, other engineers, general contractors).  Work as part of a team to provide deliverables and meet deadlines.  Provide quality control/quality assurance to ensure deliverables are high quality and on-time.  Assist with all aspects of project management from project set-up through design and into construction administration.
    • Minimum requirements - B.S. Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.  Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).  Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural design, preferably in pre-cast concrete multi-level parking or other commercial structures.  Must have a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit.  Technical skills must be at the level in which assignments can be independently executed with minimal guidance or training.  Must possess communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective project team collaboration and relationship building.

  • Structural Project Manager - Responsibilities include, but not limited to:  Leads projects to completion within budget parameters.  Monitors project with respect to schedule, cost, billing and collection activities.  Plans, schedules and coordinates several projects or a project of major scope.  Conveys project scope, deliverables and deadlines to the project team then monitor’s the team’s progress to ensure deliverables are met on time.  Interacts with clients to confirm aspects of the project.  Negotiate issues while always striving to maintain healthy client relationships that will ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business and continued company growth by exceeding customer expectation.  Keeps Division/Engineering Manager informed of project progress and potential customer issues.  Approves design changes, specifications and drawing releases.
    • Minimum Requirements – B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architectural Technology.  5+ years’ experience as a project coordinator or manager in structural or construction related field increasingly responsible professional experience in managing staff, projects and budgets in an engineering environment.  Outstanding people and communication skills (written and verbal).  Proficient in the use  of Auto-CAD, experience with 3D modeling such as Revit & Tekla preferred.  Detail and quality oriented and highly organized. 
  • Revit/Specialist/BIM Coordinator -  Responsibilities include, but not limited toIntegral member of the project team responsible for designing, directing, organizing and controlling,  scheduling, checking and coordinating projects to completion.  Working as a leader of a project team to convey project scope, deliverable and deadlines while providing quality control/quality assurance to ensure these deliverables are on-time and of a high quality.  Managing internal team needs, as well as external client relationships to produce a successful project. 
    • Minimum Requirements – BS in Engineering OR BA in Architecture (or related field) and 4 years structural design experience; Associates Degree in Engineering Technology/Architecture (or related field) and 6 years structural design experience.  Intermediate to expert level use of Revit.  Thorough knowledge of Structural Design principles.   Experience training/mentoring drafters/technicians.  Outstanding people and communication skills (verbal and written).  Highly organized with a focus for detail and quality. 
  • Structural Engineer – Responsibilities include, but not limited to:  Design and day to day management on a wide variety of complex new design projects.  Construction administration of projects including processing submittals and site inspections.  Assure clients are satisfied and all assigned deadlines are met. 
    • Minimum Requirements – B.S. Civil Engineering with Structural Coursework.  Licensed P.E.  7 to 10 years of experience managing the design of buildings at a structural consulting firm.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Strong analytical and problem solving skills.  Familiarity with design utilizing various engineering software such as REVIT, STAAD, ADAPT and RAMSTEEL.

  • Field Inspector – Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Inspection of construction sites for compliance with professional engineering principles and specifications, and coordinating related project requirements on both new and reconstruction “Restoration” projects. Reviews plans and specifications for standard or routine requirements and calculates material amounts. Measures repaired areas and verifies quantities in order to approve contractor pay requests. Complete reports detailing inspection results, quantities of materials used, and daily activities.
    o Minimum Requirements –
